About the role
At ONLYBEES we are set to build something massive. We are looking for a relentless, hands-on Software Developer to join our team on the ground in Shillong. Your mission is to execute on our technical vision, write robust code, and help us scale our stack.
This is a pure builder's role. Working directly under the Lead Software Developer, you will be in the trenches turning product requirements into reality. We need someone who loves shipping product, solving complex problems, and stepping up to any technical challenge thrown their way.

This role reports directly to the Lead Software Developer.
What you will do
- Build across the stack: dive deep into the codebase alongside the Lead Developer. You will be writing, testing, and deploying scalable full-stack features.
- Execute flawlessly: take ownership of your assigned features and technical tasks, ensuring fast shipping cycles and high-quality code.
- Collaborate on product: work closely with the team to understand product requirements and user needs, ensuring what you build hits the mark.
- Iterate and optimise: debug, troubleshoot, and optimise existing systems to keep the engine running smoothly.
- Communicate: keep transparent and consistent communication loops with your Lead Developer to ensure technical milestones are hit on time.
