What we're figuring out.

The lab runs its own experiments before it sells anything. These are the ones currently open — all of them live on our own products, at our own risk.

    Agentic delivery.

    Propolis is the test bed: an AI engineer that triages, reproduces and fixes bugs on its own, with humans reviewing the evidence. What we learn about supervising agents feeds every engagement.

    AI with a human gate.

    AP/S drafts every reply and sends none without approval. The open question we keep working is where that gate belongs — and the answer changes product by product.

    The platform as proving ground.

    New ideas run at our own doors first — real money, real crowds, our name on it — before anything is offered to a client.
