About the role
OnlyBees is a full-stack technology, design and branding company based in Shillong, Meghalaya. We started as an event ticketing and discovery platform for Northeast India and have grown into a company that builds software, brands and products for government, hospitality, events and travel clients.
As a Founder's Office intern, you will work directly with the founders on whatever matters most that week. One week that might be a client proposal, the next a product launch, a market research sprint or an ops problem nobody has solved yet. You will see how a small company makes decisions, and you will be trusted with real work from the start.
This is not a coffee-and-spreadsheets internship. You will own tasks end to end, ask a lot of questions, and ship things that clients and customers actually see. It suits someone who wants to learn how a company is built by being close to the people building it.
What you will do
Support the founders on day-to-day execution across active client and internal projects
Research markets, competitors and prospects, and turn what you find into clear one-page briefs
Draft proposals, pitch decks, sponsorship documents and client communication
Help plan and run marketing campaigns, including social content and Meta Ads reporting
Track projects, deadlines and deliverables, and flag what is slipping before it becomes a problem
Coordinate between the tech, design and sales sides of the team
Take ownership of small experiments, from outreach to content to new product ideas, and report back on results
Help with event logistics and on-ground execution when needed.
What we are looking for
Currently a student or recent graduate, from any discipline
Clear, structured writing in English; Khasi, Hindi or other regional languages are a plus
Comfortable with research, spreadsheets, and building simple decks and documents
Curious about technology, design, marketing and how businesses work
Self-driven: you can take a loosely defined task and run with it without hand-holding
Quick to learn new tools, including AI tools, and good at using them to work faster
Strong attention to detail and the follow-through to close loops
Based in or able to work from Shillong is preferred, but not required
Interest in building something from Northeast India for the wider world
