Entry Rules & Terms
Venue rules strictly apply. Management reserves the right of admission.
1. General Entry & Ticketing
- •Valid Identification: A valid, government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, or Driving Licence) may be required for entry. The name on your ticket must match the ID presented.
- •Age Restrictions: Attendees must meet the minimum age requirement specified for this event. Failure to provide valid proof of age will result in denied entry without a refund.
- •Ticket Authenticity: Only tickets purchased through Onlybees.in are guaranteed valid. We are not responsible for fraudulent or duplicate tickets obtained from third-party resellers.
- •Right of Admission Reserved (R.O.A.R.): The organizer and venue management reserve the right to refuse or revoke entry to anyone deemed intoxicated, abusive, or otherwise unfit to enter the premises.
2. Venue & Club Rules
- •Strict Adherence: All attendees are subject to the specific rules, regulations, and policies of the venue or club hosting the event.
- •Dress Code: Attendees must comply with the venue's dress code. Management reserves the right to deny entry for inappropriate attire without a refund.
- •Conduct: Violent, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal from the venue without a refund. The venue's security team has the final say in all conduct matters.
3. Prohibited Items
- •The following are strictly prohibited: outside food & beverages, narcotics or controlled substances, weapons of any kind, flammable or hazardous materials, and professional recording equipment (unless prior written authorisation is obtained).
- •Venue staff may conduct security checks — including bag searches and pat-downs — prior to entry. Refusal to comply will result in denied entry.
4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
- •No Refunds Policy: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is officially cancelled by the organiser.
- •Event Changes: The organiser may modify the programme, lineup, date, time, or venue. In the event of a material change or full cancellation, Onlybees.in will process refunds in accordance with the organiser's stated policy.
- •Force Majeure: Neither Onlybees.in nor the organiser is liable for disruptions or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, or government directives.
5. Platform Liability & Assumption of Risk
- •Intermediary Role: Onlybees.in acts solely as a ticketing intermediary between you and the event organiser. We are not responsible for the planning, execution, or safety of the event itself.
- •Assumption of Risk: By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with personal injury, illness, theft, or damage to personal property.
- •Limitation of Liability: Onlybees.in, its affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your attendance at the event or from the actions of the venue or organiser.
6. Media Consent
- •By attending this event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. The organiser and Onlybees.in reserve the right to use such materials for promotional and marketing purposes without prior notice or compensation.
